Shipping: We now offer worldwide shipping with a shipping fee of 1.99 € EUR for each ordered product. This includes reinforced and secured packaging. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply in some countries and are the responsibility of the recipient. As we ship from the European Union, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Please note that in the European Union, delivery time is estimated to be 3-4 business days. However, for other countries outside the European Union, delivery time may vary and is subject to the customs clearance process in the destination country.
Packaging: We make sure that all products are carefully packaged in reinforced boxes for safe delivery.
Delivery Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking number from the delivery company to track the status of their delivery.
Returns and Exchanges: If a customer wishes to return a product, they must first contact our customer service. In general, returns are accepted within 30 days of contact with our customer service team.
Claims resolution: Customers can make claims regarding their delivery by contacting our customer service via email and providing photos and a reason for exchange. Claims will be validated by our team.
