Can you briefly introduce yourself and tell us about your background in the world of sports?
I have been a figure skater for at least 15 years, specializing in singles figure skating and performing triple jumps. I have participated in various competitions, such as the Championship of Ukraine where I placed 3rd, and an Italian competition where I secured 2nd place. I have also competed in numerous international level competitions.
How did you become an ice-skating champion? What motivated you to get into this sport?
My unique skating style and jumps, along with the support of my family, have contributed to my success in ice-skating.
What are the most memorable moments in your ice-skating career?
There are two moments that stand out: one was when we lost our flight to a competition and had to travel by car for 24 hours – it was quite an adventure. The second moment was when I realized I had won 3rd place at the Championship of Ukraine.
How do you manage pressure and stress during high-level competitions?
I rely on natural calming supplements and drink a lot of green tea to manage stress during competitions.
Can you tell us about your daily training routine? How do you find balance between ice-skating and other physical activities?
My daily training typically includes two on-ice sessions focused on jumps and one off-ice session that varies between choreography, stretching, or spin training. All these activities are interconnected, as fitness contributes to endurance, stretching aids in the execution of beautiful spins, and so on.
How important are nutrition and recovery in your athletic preparation?
Nutrition plays a vital role in figure skating, as it affects all aspects of performance, such as jumps, spins, and overall skating skills. Even a small change in weight can alter your technique. In my downtime, I enjoy spending time with friends and drinking coffee.

What advice would you give to women who want to start playing sports or adopt a more active lifestyle?
Don't be too hard on yourself when you first start. Embrace the journey and focus on making gradual improvements.
Do you have any future projects or athletic goals you'd like to achieve? How can our brand support you in these endeavors?
My goal is to become a national champion in Ukraine and eventually compete in European championships. I believe that our brand can help by promoting my achievements, as not everyone can showcase their successes. It's also important for me to maintain good physical shape and lead a healthy lifestyle.
What motivates you to keep training and pushing yourself, even during tough times?
Discipline and the desire to be the person I want to be keep me motivated, even during difficult times.
Can you tell us about your life outside of sports? How do you find balance between your athletic career and your personal life?
Sports are an integral part of my personality and lifestyle. My family is also involved in sports, so it creates a natural balance. Many of my friends are athletes, which makes it easier to mix our social lives with our training schedules. We often spend time together after training or catch up in the locker room to discuss our experiences.
Finally, what is your source of inspiration in life and how does it reflect in your athletic and professional journey?
My source of inspiration in life is positive emotions because without emotions, we wouldn't be able to live. Embracing positivity helps me stay motivated and focused on achieving my goals in both my athletic and professional journey.
